Glade is a free user interface builder for GTK+ and GNOME, released under the GNU GPL License. The user interfaces designed in Glade are saved as XML, and by using the libglade library these can be loaded by applications dynamically as needed. (Glade can also generate C code, though this isn't recommended for large applications.) By using libglade, Glade XML files can be used in numerous programming languages including C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, C#, Pike, Ruby, Haskell, Objective Caml and Scheme. Adding support for other languages is easy too.

Olive aims to be a full-featured graphical frontend for Bazaar. That means all core functionality of Bazaar should be available in a user-friendly GUI. This goal is more or less accomplished in the development branch. The current frontend uses GTK and it's written in Python.

Scintilla is a free source code editing component; SciTE is an editor built around it. It comes with complete source code and a license that permits use in any free project or commercial product. As well as features found in standard text editing components, Scintilla includes features especially useful when editing and debugging source code. These include support for syntax styling, error indicators, code completion and call tips. The selection margin can contain markers like those used in debuggers to indicate breakpoints and the current line.
