Linux LiveCD Router allows you to share your broadband connection and use WIFI. You can use it with DSL, cable modem, T1, ISDN, and dialup connections. You can use it as a Firewall, or build an access point using most WiFi cards. It does not require any installation, but requires a dedicated computer to boot and run the CD.

MBCD (MultiBootCD) is a shell script to make a customized CD-ROM that can boot any kind and any number of image files. Currently, 4 types of images are supported: floppy images (1.2M, 1.44M, or 2.88M), Knoppix-like images, kernel-binary images (e.g. memtest86), and the Windows XP Recovery Console.

Yes, this is yet another Linux distribution. What's different here is that Puppy is extraordinarily small, yet quite fully featured. Puppy boots into a 48 - 54M ramdisk, and that's it, the whole caboodle runs in RAM. Unlike live CD distributions that have to keep pulling stuff off the CD, Puppy in his entirety loads into RAM. This means that all applications start in the blink of an eye and respond to user input instantly.

Recovery Is Possible (RIP) is a CD or floppy boot/rescue/backup/maintenance system. It has support for a lot of filesystem types (Reiserfs, Reiser4, ext2/3, iso9660, UDF, XFS, JFS, UFS, HPFS, HFS, MINIX, MS DOS, NTFS, UMSDOS, and VFAT) and contains a bunch of utilities for system recovery. It also has PCMCIA, RAID, LVM2, and Ethernet/DSL/cable/PPP/PPPOE network support.

ThePacketMaster Linux Security Server is a CD-based security auditing tool that boots and runs penetration testing and forensic analysis tools. It is handy for security auditors. Some tools included are nessus, ethereal, The Coroner's Toolkit, chntpw, and minicom. It includes modules for any Linux 2.4.20 SCSI driver.
