Our latest Special introduces Fedora Core, the Red Hat sponsored distro that combines
the newest software with a lively and helpful community. Like the Mandriva edition, this
magazine steps through installation, configuration and usage, taking you from the first
CD to using Linux in-depth.

help you make the most of your new software. We have guides on web browsing with Firefox,
using OpenOffice.org, editing images in The GIMP, playing multimedia files, desktop

command line, setting up CD burning software and getting into programming.
