Uncompress the latest source package of Oroboros with

  tar jxf oroboros-xxxxxxxx.tar.bz2
  cd oroboros-xxxxxxxx

then, with super-user permission, type

  python setup.py install

You should also install the compressed Ephemeris data files on your 
system (/usr/local/share/swisseph looks like a good idea).
