gnotepad+ : Reporting Bugs

Please send email directly to the author or to the mailing list. In the subject, please include the words "gnotepad+ bug:" at the start, followed by a brief subject line.

In the email, please include the following information:

• Send the output from 'gnp --info'
• Some information about your system. For example:
  
  • What operating system and version
  • What version of X
  • For Linux, what version of the C library
  • If you know, the version of the compiler
  And anything else you think is relevant.
• Describe the bug itself. Did gnotepad+ crash? If so, what was the text/message that was printed out when it happened?
• Can you reproduce the bug? If so, please provide the exact steps to reproduce it.
• Anything else which you think is helpful.
