If the document contains more than one frame, it is considered an animation. With Animate the animation can be viewed.

If the document contains frequency information, the vibrational modes can be animated with "Vibrate...".

This opens a window in which a energy versus frames plot is viewed. This option currently only works when reading a CML animation with energies given for each frame.
