"Books & Authors" Demo

Admin Log In

This is an example of an "admin" log in. I've inserted the user name and password for ease of use. One could also have a "public" or an "intermediate" log in, with different restrictions applying. Just about everything about FutureSQL can be modified (i.e. it's interface, access restrictions, html look and feel, table structure - you name it.)

User Log In

This is an example of a "user" log in. Use the sample name above, or log in with your own user name. If you don't yet have a user name for this sample application, please register below. Note that for housekeeping this database will be recreated each day, so your user name won't exist longer than a day.   Register Here

Searching in FutureSQL:
FutureSQL can be accessed via Log In, as above, but can also be accessed via a "public" interface, allowing web visitors to conduct searches, and many other functions. Below are two examples of public searches. They are identical except for the method: one uses a form button, and one uses a url link. The primary advantage of form buttons is that the "parameters" will not be displayed on the location line, as well as the fact that forms are a little bit easier to setup, because of the necessity to use "url-encoding" for href links.
