Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), California.  With both nose landing gear 
(NLG)  and main landing gear (MLG) on runway, the drogue chute precedes the 
main  chute in NASA's first exercise of Development Test Objective (DTO) 
521,  Orbiter Drag Chute System. The speedbrake/rudder is deployed during 
landing  sequence. MLG touchdown occurred at 1:57:38 pm (Pacific Daylight 
Time (PDT)).
