This photo centers Astronaut Bruce McCandless, II retrieving a strayed foot  
restraint on the orbiter Challenger's starboard side during the missions  
second extravehicular activity (EVA). He appears to be traversing the  
starboard side using the payload bay handrails. Some of the contents of the  
payload bay are visible, such as the protective cradles for satellites and  
some of the getaway special (GAS) canisters.
