Air-to-air view shows Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 104, soaring above  
Atlantic Ocean (shoreline visible at the bottom of view) and rising above  
clouds, leaving Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Launch Complex (LC) Pad 39B  
behind.  Barely visible at the very top of the solid rocket booster (SRB)  
exhaust plumes is OV-104 as it rides on the external tank (ET).  OV-104 is  
headed into space for its third mission, STS-28, a Department of Defense  
(DOD) dedicated mission.
