WinBatt is a Shareware utility which provides a Windows 3.0/3.1 battery
monitor using the special hardware features of Toshiba laptop and
notebook computers. Please read the accompanying documentation files
WinBatt.txt in text format and WinBatt.wri in Windows Write format.

This Software is Shareware.  You are authorized to use this software for
30 days from the time it is installed on your machine.  After 30 days
you must either obtain a valid licensed copy or remove it from your
