To continue your support, EST has established the extended Platinum Support Plan. If you enroll within 30 days of your original purchase, you can save up to 50% off of the normal price.
Introductory Support
Each BRU license comes with the Backup Assistance Hotline free for 30 days***. This support covers e-mail, telephone, and fax assistance. In addition, we provide free updates within 30 days of initial product purchase****. Once you have registered your product, you can receive support by providing your product serial number when you call EST at 602.470.1333 or include your serial number when you e-mail or fax in for assistance. Our technical support staff will walk you through the installation and configuration, along with assisting you in the day to day usage of BRU. If you decide not to enroll in the extended support plan, support is available to you after your introductory period has lapsed, at an hourly rate*****.

* EST only provides support for copies of BRU which have been purchased. This does not apply to copies of BRU that are free with a given OS's distribution or when provided as an OEM product.
** EST's Backup Assistance Hotline is available 8:00 am through 5:00 pm MST Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
*** 30 days of support begins with your first contact with EST. Your entire 30 days of support must be used within six (6) months of purchase. Also, you must pre-register your product with EST to receive support.
**** Update: The movement from a prior release of a product to a newer release of the same named product on the same platform. Registration must be entered within 30 days of purchase to qualify for free updates.
**** Upgrade: The movement from a prior release of a product to a newer release of the same named product on a different platform, or the movement from a stand alone to a network server license.
***** Hourly telephone support is available to customers not covered by Introductory or Extended support at a rate of $80.00/hr, in one-hour increments, for a minimum of one (1) hour. Dial-in support is available in some cases at an additional $80.00/hr. Payment by credit card in advance is required for any hourly support charges.
****** Discounted price available if support is renewed within five (5) days of last/current expiration date or obtained within 30 days of initial purchase.
