This is a list I downloaded from a BBS.  It is a bit confused in the 
format but should provide sufficent info. 
 
 
 
                              National Fast Food 
                              Low Power Repeaters 
 * NOTE: These are the known frequencies for any restaurant in any 
area.  Restaurants don't necesserily have the same nationwide 
frequency for all stores.  Instead they just happen to use the 
frequency that came with their repeater, or one that isn't in 
use close by. 
     If you see that a restaurant is using a radio headset and are 
trying to find  their frequency, try all of these different 
pairs.  You might even try them  reversed.
