    The FCC rules and regulations are available as Title 47 of the Code of 
    Federal Regulations (47 CFR). The five volumes cost from $12 to $20 
    each and are revised annually. Volume 1 (Parts 0 to 19) includes the 
    90-page Table of Frequency Allocations. Volume 5 (Parts 80 to End) 
    covers the various mobile services. The GPO operates bookstores in

    Fields are similar to those described for PerCon (186 bytes/rec).
