HF packet test at 300 baud, standard shift

This mode is authorized below 28 MHz on portions of the HF bands.

The 8-Bit .WAV file you are hearing was created using a 386PC clone
running DOS 5.0. Other hardware included a KAM multi-mode data
controller, a "Pro Audio Studio 16" sound card, and PROCOMM
terminal software.  The audio was digitized at an 11 KHz rate.
