This mode is authorized above 28 MHz on portions of the VHF bands.

running DOS 5.0. Other hardware included a KAM multi-mode data
controller, a "Pro Audio Studio 16" sound card, and PROCOMM
terminal software.  The audio was digitized at an 11 KHz rate.
