ltalk.zip contains patches for NOS that allows it to use the LocalTalk
(class 5) packet driver.
ltalknet.exe is a ready to run version of NOS with the LocalTalk 
patches added in.
Based on Phil Karn's base NOS code version 930507.
Both files belong in hamradio/packet/tcpip/ltalk.
