The zip archive contains an Intel HEX and binary ROM image of the 1989 Ver 4
KISS code.  It should go into /hamradio/packet/kiss along with the source.
I was looking for a simple ROM, and ended up having to find a cross-assembler,
convert the source to its syntax, etc, etc  So here's the finished part so
the next guy can avoid it.
