ucsd.edu is where the officially released maps reside. Intermediate
'working' copies are available on mpg.phys.hawaii.edu . I'll try to
make some time to update the maps during the next few weeks.

If so please send me a message, which version of the driver and the kernel
you use and what is the configuration.
