To: tcp-group@ucsd.edu

   Hello to all Linux Wizards,

We are planning to use a JNOS gateway under Linux, so we have some questions.
Is there anybody out there who has experience in this matter? If so, please
take your time to help with our problem.

 1. Which version of Linux kernel to compile? We need a working configuration
for the Linux - JNOS connection.
 2. Which parts of JNOS source code are necessary for using USCC and Ethernet
cards? Which version do you recommend?
 3. We also need a configuration for JNOS which cooperates with Linux.

We appreciate sample files.

                           Thanks, 73 Laci HA8FN.

Our equipment: 486SX, 8MB RAM, 200M HDD, WD8003 Ethernet card, USCC card.

Hallo Rupert,

Grus
Hans-Gunter
