My computer lost it's CMOS and doesn't know what type of hard drive I have,
and I don't either... It's a miniscribe 8450 rll 40 mb drive...
Can somebody help me with the parameters (No of cylinders, sectors per track,
etc,) ??
Can anybody enlighten me on a landline BBS that might have this kind of info?
or maybe it can be found on the Internet somewhere...
Can somebody tell me the phone number for the Western Digital support BBS?

Sorry for all the whining..
