Subject: MIR hard to reach these days?

Is Mir's packet station on these days? I have been using InstanTrack and
getting the latest Keps from archive.mil, but I have not had any response
for about the last 10 days. One night I even went outside and caught a
visual sighting, so I know that I am tracking it OK. 

Another disturbing fact is that I don't see anyone ELSE trying for Mir.
What do they know that I don't?
