Recently, _Fortune_ or _Forbes_ ran an article on Motorola that
mentioned another competitor to conventional cellular -- at least one
company that had a license for taxi dispatching frequencies was
planning to convert them over to cellular, making them a third cellular
service in their area.

The article was kind of short on details, since it was about Motorola's
competitive approach to business, not alternative cellular providers.
It was not clear how much bandwidth the company had in those former
taxi-dispatch frequencies.
