I thought some of the newer hams would appreciate this.  I just went into
our campus library and looked this up in the April 93 issue of QST, page
94.  If anyone has any additions to this, they can E-Mail me and I'll add

the article...I do know that one of the downlink freq. for LUSAT-Oscar 19
