Oh, how nice! Glad to see you finally took the medication for your
hyperactivity. Now don't forget to take it in the future, okay?

No they're not but you must retain your CSCE along with your license
until you are ready for your general upgrade.

I have received some requests for VHF/UHF logging programs - preferably
public domain.

I don't believe K1EA works on the higher frequencies (above 50 Mhz).

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks much!

Come on, don't you really understand, that "seeing" in the
context meant they tested it in all the modes they wanted?

If it was a joke - I apologize.

My brother Joe has N5EHE (one dah and all dits)

My dad always jokes that I have a 1x1 call phonetically N5PEE
Maybe I'll try to get N5P if 1x1's come availible. :)

Did think about changing my call once (not for the obvious reason,
three e sounds in a row doesn't quite flow), but was encouraged to
keep it by some of the guys at the Stanford Club, W2FRT and AB6BM (we
used to joke about having all phases represented)

At this time of the year, when the power lines dry out in the
country and after a relatively cold winter, I find that the
power line noise starts back up. The noise blanker on the
Argosy does kill the noise with very little degradation of
the desired signal.

The power company is very good about coming out and fixing the
problem(s) when I report them. Once you establish a communication
link with someone in the power company, treat them with respect,
and prove that you are not some bozo just causing trouble, they
will listen to you. People who act like jerks get treated in
the same manner.
