It's also more than just records of names and calls scratched on paper -- it's a piece of your life. Even in the short time I've been on the air, I get a lump in my throat when reviewing the log. . . stirring memories of memorable conversations with old friends and old timers. There's Amen to that. I recently completed the entry of all of my old paper logs into my logbook database on the pc. Amazing how the old QSO's come back to life after 20 years...
