To: ham-equip@ucsd.edu I am using my Alinco DJ-180 in my 1994 Chevy pickup truck. Even though the power comes from a stand alone battery, I am getting some noise into the receiver. Also, at times I get noise in the AM receiver as well. Any ideas? I've yet to see one of these accessories advertised in any vintage gear newsgroup/magazine that I subscribe/buy. Are these items rare? If any one has one of these items to sell please email me at my email address. I have a HQ-145AC for sale. It's in very good condition mechanically, electrically and cosmetically. The rig was retubed within the last year. I'm asking US$150.
