This unit puts out 25Watt, I have it set at 10Watts, ANd has run flawlessly for over 1 year. The unit includes miniplexers (Notch type), Power supply. The receiver and the Repeater Interface Controller (RIC) are housed in the same case. The transmitter and power supply are located in a flexar base housing there is also a DC remote interface installed. Comes with PL deck for both RX and TX. The unit is totally stock as it comes from Motorola. There is no IDer or control functions. The RIC just controls the ptt and cor. The reason for removing is simple, I need a larger wick (power). This orginaly came out of service from the 469mhz area and now is running an 449mhz. There were no mods required to bring it down if frequency. I also have a service manaul for the unit. I am asking $500.00 for the unit. It is in mint shape. And need a good home. *************************************************************************** * William S. But remember that before run nntp you must define the NNTP services with the #define at your config.h Btw: There was a list to discuss Wnos related questions, but it was turned off by the listserv mainteiner, as it seems... In the meantime, we offer a new list to re-group wnos users, at the Educational Software Lab (EDUGRAF-INE-UFSC-BRAZIL). The idea is: all previous subscribers will automatically be added to this list. Those who do not wish to stay in the new list are asked to sign off after receiving the message telling they've been added. We are setting up and testing a Listserver for this purpose... (I think it'll be operational in two weeks) We want to install an anonymous FTP-server, too, with all wnos-related stuff. We would be happy if people that have any usable stuff could please point it to us. So, that's an INVITATION to all wnos users: send us a mail and we will maintain you updated with this effort.. 73, and Happy New Year! +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Internet | If you want to go ahead | |--------------------------------------| get a theory... | | pro: fernando @ edugraf.ufsc.br | If you want a theory | | amateur: fernando @ edugraf.ampr.org | go ahead!
