The Ham Trader Yellow Sheets advertise "ham equipment buyers guides"
covering equipment from 1946-1982:

  $22.50 for 1946-1972
    5.50 for 1972-1975
    2.50 each for update sheets for 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979
    8.00 for update sheets for 1980-1982 combined

A total set of all of the above costs $40.
 
The Ham Trader Yellow Sheets list used equipment for sale. They can be 
a good guide to the current value of used equipment. Prices on 2/28/93 
are 1 year for $16.50, a sample is available for a #10 SASE with 
two stamps.
