Sources for dual-gate MOSFET devices

RCA has discontinued their 40673 dual-gate MOSFETs. These devices
have been used in QST and other ARRL projects for years. To help
our readers and members we are compiling a list of sources for
these devices or their equivalents. This list is quite incomplete,
I just didn't want to make people wait until we get it all done --
it is one of many things on a large list of stuff to do. Updates,
additions and corrections are actively sought! Send them to 
mtracy@arrl.org   .


Here is what we have so far:

ECG222 - ECG replacement line
TCG222 - TCG replacement line
NTE222 - NTE replacement line - available from Ocean State Electronics
3N204  - available from Ocean State Electronics

Most or all of the 3SK-series parts should also replace the 40673. They
are stocked by RF Parts.
