README.TXT Welcome to La Colecci¢n CDROM, March 1996 edition --------------------------------------------------- This CD contains over 2.200 files, classified in 51 directories, and is easy to install in various BBS types. English and spanish file descriptions are provided. Quick Start Instructions: Windows 3.1/NT: Go to "File" menu under program manager and choose Run. At the Command Line box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive. This will install a group folder with icons for this cdrom. MSDOS Quick Start: Change to your CDROM drive and type "view". Example: C:\> D: D:\> view Windows 95: Insert the cdrom into the cdrom drive. This will automatically start a CDROM browser program called WinView. Alternatively, you can also install the program group and icon by selecting the "Start" menu and choosing "Run". At the Run box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive. These programs allow you to page through index files, browse through directories on the CD, view documentations and uncompress/install the program(s) you want onto your hard disk. Shareware This disk contains many shareware programs and images. Shareware can be considered to be a sort of try before you buy system where you are expected to pay the program author a registration fee if you find the program or image useful. You will find details of registration included in the document/text files provided with each program.
