function: A catalog of 8 Chinese Windows 3.1 Truetype fonts available
          in ifcss.org: /software/fonts/ms-win/ntu_??.  This
          .ZIP file has 2 .BMP files excellent for viewing or printing
          the available TrueType fonts before you download those huge
          fonts.  Better yet they can be viewed by any Windows Paintbrush.
          No Chinese Windows is required to see it.
