Description of Working Group:

     To devise and carry out an experiment to estimate the size of
     the Internet user population.


Goals and Milestones:


Sep 1990      Write a description of the experimental procedure.
Jan 1991      Write an RFC that gives the results of the experiment.
TBD           Prepare an article for publication in a networking
              magazine.
