How it was all created:
All of Tongue-Boy Movie's frames was hand drawn using 
Adobe Photoshop.  After being pasted into the scrapbook,  
the PICTs were converted them into the QuickTime format.  
The licking sound was originally recorded and "No sir..." 
sound was from that wacky TV series, R&S.  I hope you 
enjoy the movie.
