Sorted values Diagram

The diagrams that appear as inserts on maps can also be displayed as full
screen graphs (without any geographic data).

The data are manipulated the same ways as the maps for changing
attributes, quantisation, addition of text, modification of legends and so
on.

One or two attributes can be shown, with the single or bivariate class
colour scheme used as necessary.
