    but for now, they arent part of the filelist because I don't know of
    a clean way to handle the file conflict with tetex. (I don't

    imho /sbin is just _wrong_ for install-info but dropping it would
    break a lot of packages

  - added local variables section for emacs compile-command
  - fixed up filelist
  - added info.info and info-stnd.info to post/preun scripts
