For those of you without a fortran compiler.
Pete Simpson posted the NEC-2 fortran code on UCSD.EDU Here is that same
code converted to C, with the runtime libraries from f2c necessary to
get it to run on a sun4. Performance is not too bad on a sparc2.
The only disagreements with the published test results come when
the magnitudes get very small 10^-17 or so. Otherwise the results
agree with the manuals.

Another difference is that blank fields are not allowed. So if you are trying to input
the test runs from the manual do not leave fields blank. They will be picked up as
the next non-blank field.

Thanks to Pete Simpson for providing me with the manual and test data.
