DESCRIPTION:

        Ring is a Program for Windows 3.x which always remains iconic. 
        A tiny phone appears on your destop. To activate, click on the
        phone with YOUR RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON. You'll hear a phone ringing
        and the phone's receiver will move.
 
INSTALLATION:
 
        RING.EXE may be run from any subdirectory.
 
RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS:
 
        Add to your desktop, and run like any other Windows program. 
        Ring takes no run-time parameters, and requires no other .DLLs.
