A note concerning Flags.Exe:

World Flags is an interactive educational program, designed to
help in learning to identify many of the worlds flags. It is quite
simple in form, yet produces excellent results in helping a student
or interested adult to learn these flags.


System requirements are as follows:

Microsoft Windows 3.0, 3.1 or higher, a Mouse, and VBRUN300.DLL

If you do not have VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows directory, you 
can download it from within the Microsoft forum on most bulletin 
board services. I did not include it for the benefit of those
who already have it, so as to decrease download time.
