====DESCRIPTION:

Baseball Scout is a baseball / softball league player draft organizer for
team coaches / managers. Baseball Scout allows a team manager to rank all
players based on either the players skills (running, fielding, throwing,
etc.), or a composite rating based on weighted combinations of the basic
skills. Baseball Scout presents graphs which compare a selected player
against an average of a group of players.
